On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Manufacturer Warranty

Despite my mess, the sectional is beautiful! Exactly how pictured! Very pricey, but pretty.
It’s very sturdy and soft. The color is vibrant and really pops. Warning… it is very stiff so you’ll need big pillows to really lounge but it’s exactly what I wanted. Beautiful!
