On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.

Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Prompt Spill Response: Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent white cloth—start from the edge and work inward.

Use the Right Cleaner: For overall cleaning or stain treatment, use a water-based upholstery cleaner suitable for the fabric. Test on a hidden area first.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Steer clear of bleaches, solvents, or abrasive cleaners that can damage the fabric.

Rotate Cushions: Regularly rotate reversible cushions to ensure even wear.

Sunlight Exposure: Limit direct sunlight to prevent fading and fabric deterioration.

Leather Upholstery Care
Dust Regularly: Use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust.

Immediate Spill Blotting: Blot spills immediately with a cloth dampened with distilled water only.

Periodic Cleaning: Clean leather every 6-12 months with a quality, pH-balanced leather cleaner, then condition to replenish moisture.

Avoid Unsuited Products: Do not use waxes, silicones, or harsh chemicals that may cause cracking or dull residues.

Maintain Ideal Conditions: Keep a moderate temperature (around 70°F) and low humidity to prevent leather from drying out.

Wood Furniture Care
Regular Dusting: Dust wood surfaces frequently with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid micro-scratches.

Proper Cleaning: Use a high-quality furniture polish suited to your wood type, and avoid polishing varnished or painted areas.

Spill Management: Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth, then polish the area.

Even Exposure: Rotate decorative accessories and lamps periodically to prevent uneven exposure.

Position Wisely: Avoid placing wood furniture near heating vents, fireplaces, or in direct bright sunlight to prevent cracking, fading, or warping.

We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for any carrier or manufacturer-related damages reported within 10 days of delivery. For issues arising after this period, claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

WARRANTY: Ashcroft Furniture Co warrants that its products will be free of defects and materials in workmanship for a period of one (1) year on all products. AshcroftFurniture Co will replace any product which does not meet this express warranty. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear, nor are said to be of fitness for a particular use. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY ASHCROFT FURNITURE CO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM (INCLUDING ANY CLAIM BASED ON STRICT OR ABSOLUTE LIABILITY IN TORT) THAT IT MAY HAVE AGAINST ASHCROFT FURNITURE CO FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OP INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE PRODUCTS.
