DELIVERY:
We or the third-party carrier will bring the furniture to your house door or apartment building entrance. An appointment may be required to schedule the delivery. The product comes in 4 carton boxes to pass conveniently through the doors.
Shipping & Returns

On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.
