On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

The product is good and seems to be made well. Only issue is the color that we received was darker than what the pictures showed. Great bed but be careful about the color.
Easy to assemble, very straightforward instructions. Very, very sturdy bed. I would, however, consider reinforcing the inside minor frame (the one for the slats) with something a bit sturdier. These legs kick out easily to either side when there is weight applied movement, if you catch my drift. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase and highly recommend! My best buddy loves it, too.
It was fairly easy to assemble the base takes more to complete but it ends up looking very cool. The upholstery is smooth and the headboard doesn't feel flimsy. I recommend it
Durable frame and nice headboard design. The channel tufted pattern adds a nuance to the look and it helps that no boxspring needed it's a nice mid century modern platform bed. I love it!
