Shipping & Returns

On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

We offer full refund, replacement, or exchange for carrier/manufacturer damages within 10 days of delivery. Claims handled per manufacturer's warranty. Warranty: 1-year warranty on all products. Products not warranted against regular wear and tear or fitness for particular use. Except for this warranty, no other warranties, express or implied. Customer waives any claims against Ashcroft Furniture Co for loss or damages, including loss of profits or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage or expense.
