On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

I received this awesome Cot bed for review purposes. This bed is a dream . We don't have a lot of extra space at our house for guests and it's so amazing to have a bed that can fold up and roll away. It has super sturdy caster wheels that lock. It has a a very soft gel foam mattress that would be great for even an adult. I just love how convenient it is and how well made it is. Love this thing. I included some picture of my boys having a sleepover while using the Cot bed and the other on a different product from Malouf that is a fold up mattress as well.
Perfect as a guest bed and easy to store in the garage. Good quality and all the parts were included - hot dog!
We enjoyed testing this Rollaway Folding Bed at our family reunion this weekend. It folds up so easily and can be set up in a split second. Because of the design of the frame, no box spring is necessary and the mattress is amazingly comfortable. The mattress is only 4 inch thick, but offers a comfortable and restful place for your guests to sleep. I was completely amazing by this product, I loved the convenience and the quality. This is the perfect solution for having a comfortable place for guests to sleep.
My Aunt is staying with me for 3 months. I needed an extra place for her to sleep. She is about 5' even and she fits perfectly on it. Well worth the price. The mattress is comfortable and he has slept well on it. I will definitely be keeping this for my kids when they have friends over. It is small enough to store, but bigger than most of the guest beds I researched.Well worth the money spent!
