On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

This bed is Beautiful. My mom needed something sturdy that she could transfer onto and off with out any hassle. This bed is the perfect height for her wheelchair. Her therapists are in love with her new bed. It’s sturdy. The design is elegant and simple. No issues putting it together. Everything was straight and forward. Packaged well. Mom loves it. However, we had a major problem with the delivery. It was delivered to the wrong house. Called multiple times for help. No call back from the delivery team. But the bed is great. It doesn’t disappoint. It’s a good look.
