Shipping & Returns

On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Manufacturer Warranty
We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for any carrier or manufacturer-related damages reported within 10 days of delivery. For issues arising after this period, claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

AshcroftFurniture Co will replace any product which does not meet this express warranty. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear, nor are said to be of fitness for a particular use. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY ASHCROFT FURNITURE CO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM (INCLUDING ANY CLAIM BASED ON STRICT OR ABSOLUTE LIABILITY IN TORT) THAT IT MAY HAVE AGAINST ASHCROFT FURNITURE CO FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OP INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE PRODUCTS.
