On average shipments take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Houston & surrounding area deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders need appointment schedule, adult signature, photo proof. Shipping costs include insurance for protection and replacement in case of damage or loss.

Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking link that will reflect the shipping status and location of your item.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. In-store purchases can only be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee is charged to offset losses from reconsignment and merchandise deterioration.

Fabric Upholstery Care

• First, locate and follow any specific cleaning codes provided by the manufacturer for your upholstered items. These codes guide you on the appropriate cleaning methods.
• Vacuum upholstery weekly using the upholstery attachment to lift away loose dirt, dust, hair, and debris from surfaces and crevices.
• Act quickly to blot up spills before they can sink in. Use a clean, absorbent white cloth and blot from the outer edge toward the middle to prevent spreading.
• For overall cleaning or stain treatment, use a water-based upholstery cleaner formulated for the fiber content. Always test for colorfastness on a hidden area before applying to the entire piece.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleaches, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, which can cause premature wear, fading, or damage to delicate fabrics.
• Rotate reversible cushions regularly to promote even wear and prevent permanent compression.
• Limit exposure to direct, intense sunlight to help prevent premature fading and dry rotting of fabrics.

Leather Upholstery Care

• Regularly dust leather surfaces with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to prevent dirt buildup.
• Blot any spills immediately using a cloth dampened with distilled water only. Avoid using soap or cleaners that can leave dull residues.
• Every 6-12 months, clean leather using a quality, pH-balanced leather cleaner, carefully following product instructions. Afterward, condition with a leather conditioner to replenish moisture.
• Never use products containing waxes, silicones, harsh solvents, detergents, or chemicals not specifically designed for leather care, as they can cause cracking or damage.
• Maintain moderate temperatures (around 70°F) with low humidity levels to prevent excessive drying and cracking of leather over time.

Wood Furniture Care

• Dust frequently using a soft, lint-free cloth to keep wood surfaces free of grit that can cause micro-scratches.
• Periodically clean all wood surfaces using a high-quality furniture polish formulated for your specific wood type (oil, lacquer, etc.). Avoid polishing varnished or painted areas.
• Immediately blot up any spills using a clean cloth. Follow up by polishing the area with furniture polish.
• Periodically rotate decorative accessories and lamps to prevent uneven exposure and surface discoloration.
• Never place wood furniture directly in front of heating vents, fireplaces, or in consistent bright sunlight to avoid cracking, fading or warping.

Full refund, replacement, or exchange for carrier/manufacturer damages within 10 days. Post-10 days, claims follow manufacturer's warranty.
